Warranty - Refunds - Right to Cancel
Products delivered by RebornDolls.co.nz are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. They are equivalent to traditional retail products and are supplied by all listed and accredited providers.
If a product is defective or does not meet the advertised specifications, the buyer has 15 business days from receipt of the product to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The customer must return the new or unused products in their entirety, in the original packaging, intact, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation (in original shrink wrap and with the corresponding invoice). In such cases, the buyer is required to send proof of the defects to reborndollsnz@gmail.com, including a description and attached photographs.
If the customer exercises their right to cancel, we are obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer without additional cost, excluding return shipping costs. The refund must be issued within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item(s).
You Must Pay for Return Shipping. In the event of a return, we guarantee that it will be processed within 14 days or less from the receipt of the returned package. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
We recommend that you return the product to us with a tracking number to ensure it is securely received.
